Dewey was on time and very professional. His prices were very fair considering that when I called we were in the middle of a heatwave. The start-up capacitor had to be replaced. He had the exact part in his truck, not a universal replacement one like many others use. Even his diagnostic charge was very fair when compared to other companies that I called. Also, because we were in the middle of a heatwave many other companies did not even want to be bothered with performing a repair vs. a replacement. Dewey did not try to sell me anything other than what was needed. We have a two-zone house and he did not even push to service/look at the other unit (it was working) or push for a service contract, unlike many other service companies do. I will definitely be using him again if the need arises and based on my experience, I will be recommending him to my friends.
