Home Inspection
Horrible. This inspector Bhanu Patel cost us upwards of fifty thousand dollars for things he missed. When questioned about thus after the fact he said he doesn’t check that. He us mislead us on the age of the heating system. The fence was rotted and terminate infested yet he said noting about termites. The heating and air conditioning system was twenty thousand and the fence cost us about ten. Then he also missed other things like cracks in the basement going all the way through the house. Horrible never skimp in a inspection. Ask exactly what you want done ahead of time. Before I hired him he said he checks everything.
