They were very safe and made sure the kids could not get to the traps.  They were very quick and called us right back.  Their prices are good and they are very responsive.  I've used them for mice and squirrels.  If they don't solve the problem they come back out at no charge.

mit that they have horrible customer service, a severe lack of professionalism and an overall bad sense of business.  Do not make the same mistake I made.  This company is the WORST!!!!!!!

Bat exclusion done improperly.  I had another contractor come in who specializes in bat exclusions.  He said they did nothing correctly and way overcharged.  The reputable contractor i had come in to do the job right stated they are not bat contractors andnever to call them for any wildlife removal period.  Will not use them ever again,

Overall pretty good, but pricing this service is difficult.  They believed there were mice and flying squirrels because of the droppings.  They wanted to put one-way door on two openings in my roof and treat the mice with bait.  The total initial price was $900+, but i could apply this to a full clean of the dirty insulation caused by the droppings (that would be about $5K).  Long story short, talked them down to 750 cash to treat the mice and put the two one way doors on the roof.  Probably overpaid, but after one more night of noise haven't heard anything for 3 weeks.  They came back timely to remove the one way doors and leave mesh protection instead.  Second team that removed the doors didn't think i needed to replace insulation and clean attic.  exterminators usually charge around $150 to bait the house (inlcuding attic and put traps)... more to come back and clean the traps.  So i spent about $600 on the one way doors.  probalby overpaid, but they came same day and so far so good.

Owner is very enthusiastic about animal control. Definitely his calling. Communication could be improved/more timely as appointment was re-scheduled many times due to weather. So far seems to have taken care of the problem. This company prices their services a bit higher as they offer better guarantees than some competitors. Very knowledgeable company. Also helps that 'receptionist' person has worked in the field and is not just relaying message. He can also provide some information which is helpful when dealing with unwanted critters.
