+ -1 moreFantastically well!! We have used Adler Glass and Roland in the past and they are outstanding. The staff is so nice and competent and the 2 workers who replaced the mirror were meticulous and did an excellent job. They came promptly and the job was completed in record time. I highly recommend them!

Description of Work: Needed some windows replaced as seal had broken. Roland came, measured and ordered the window. The work was performed flawlessly, on time and reasonably.

+ -1 moreI wanted a simple glass shower enclosure. The Adler person came out and measured and talked my wife's ear off. He could not (or would not) give any kind of quote at that time. He had "to work it up". He bragged about doing "hundreds" of these per year. If so, what is the mystery about the quote? Many days later we received a quote for something we did not want. What a waste! I called another firm and they gave an approximate quote over the telephone in a few minutes. Their guy came out to measure and honored the telephone quote. They also do lots of these and obviously know what they are doing. Adler was worthless.
Description of Work: Adler was recommended to me by my general contractor. They came and saw and talked but never provided a quote.

Description of Work: A designer/contractor had given me their name about getting a window repaired. I called in February or March 2013 and was informed they were "very busy". I said "fine - please call be back when it's more convenient. No one ever called back. 6 weeks later, I called them again. They told me they were still "very busy". I asked them to call back. They never did. It's been more than a month since I called them last.
