The man who came out said that the unit would not be worthwhile to repair but he could do it. It is an old unit so he said that it would probably be better to replace it and he told me what the price was going to be if he did the job. So, I think that he is incredibly honest and he gives you the right advice. I am just waiting for the unit to break to get a new one. He also did not charge me anything for that.

The repairman was prompt, courteous, and professional. He had the parts we needed for the drier and was able to complete the job on the spot.

I was on pins and needles. I put in some ice cream Sunday night, and by Monday it was solid. They had to replace a compressor, that is 33 years old. He really worked hard for 2 1/2 hours and got the unit back and running again.

HE IS THE AUTHORIZED SUB-ZERO REPAIR MAN. AFTER I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ANOTHER COMPANY WHO CLAIMED TO BE A CERTIFIED SUB-ZERO, I CHOSE TO USE THIS COMPANY AND I HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THEM.
