We hired this company to do a simple remodel of our basement.  We didn't want anything fancy, just a neat, clean laundry area with closets for storage.  I was NOT aware when we hired this company that the man who runs it does NOT actually do any work.  He is simply a middle man to hire others to do the work thus making the project much more expensive.  In addition, he was totally unfamiliar with simple tasks involving the remodeling.  I had to hold his hand through the entire project explaining everything I wanted done in exact detail.  I came home one day to find all my outside furniture moved in order to put up a tent to do outside work on my patio.  It rained very hard that night and the tent blew over on my shrubs. They removed the tent that was now ruined but never bothered to put my heavy furniture back where it belonged.  When I asked the contractor to put it back, he was actually surprised that I would require that.  I had ask him if he thought I would put it back being a 63 year old woman.  The work that was done was good but the process was exhausting with having to continually explain everything to him and even then things weren't done right.  I had explained to him from the outset of the project that I wanted a counter installed with a drop down to a seated height to put my sewing machine on.  He installed the counter without the drop down.  When I asked him about it, he said he didn't realize I actually wanted that.  I requested to have the washer and dryer switched because of the way the doors opened, he said it could be done but just never did it and ignored the request.  It was so frustrating.  I wouldn't recommend working with this company unless you want to repeat and repeat and repeat everything you want and still not get it right.
