He returned my phone calls right away. They maintained the job and moved the furniture when they were supposed to. He did the rugs and he was out the door and did a wonderful job. It was also reasonably priced.

I was very happy with the way our old carpet "came to life" after Steve cleaned them. They looked that way for a long time and we definitely will use Steve again next year. The price is right. he was punctual and professional.

We made an appointment and they did arrive when expected. That was the only positive result of our contact with the company. There were many spots that were not removed and which were relatively easy stains from soda. The carpets were left very stiff and there was a sticky residue left as well. When I arrived home to see the completed job, I saw no real improvment in the appearance of the carpeting. In addition, there did not appear to be adequate suction from the equipment. We had several dents in the carpet in one room from furniture legs that did not disappear and this room had the newest carpeting (berber style). I think that we would have done much better to use a carpet cleaner that did steam cleaning. This process did not appear to really get at anything other than surface soil. I called the next day to express politely my disappointment and was told someone would call me back. After waiting the entire day for a return call, they called back at the home number the next day when we were at work and could not take the call. I called again and left a message and never even received a return call. It was clear to us that they had no interest in trying to resolve the problems. We used the cleaner from the Morris and Passaic county service.

Arrived promptly on time...1 gentleman to do the job..very efficient and completed the job in 45 minutes...granted it wasn't necessary to move any large pieces of furniture. Very satisfied with the clean carpets. Definitely would recommend.

He came a bit early for the job, and did the job faster than he said. It was a bit cheaper than he quoted. He was a really nice person and got on with his job. I highly reccomend him.

Shawn showed up, took a look at the rooms to be cleaned, moved a few things around and both he and Mark got started. They were both very, very nice, fast and thorough. It was a pleasure and their work was top notch. I would not hesitate to use their services again and highly recommend them.

Steve arrived on time. We discussed what was to be done and reviewed the pricing. I had a couple of questions about stains on the carpet and Steve answered them well.

All cleaning was done to my complete satisfaction. I will use Steve again.

I had used them before and they had a Valpak coupon. Actually that is how I found them. The fact that they came home and they seemed to be clean was great. They don't use a lot of chemical if any. They are pretty fast and they came to my home and cleaned my rugs instead of me having to take my rugs out. There wasn't any smell. They were great. It took them an hour to clean my stair wall and my small rugs. They were in and out and their price was great. I will use them in the future.

I got Steve's name an number from Angies List and called for an estimate. I gave Steve approximate estimates of the areas to be cleaned. He told me the price over the phone. We set up an appointment within a few days. Steve was able to get here earlier than first thought, but he cvalled me and I assured him that the new time was ok. He arrived promptly and finished the carpets in about an hour an a half. The wor was done to our complete satisfaction and we would recommend him to anyone in our area. Overall, very pleased.

From the time I called for services the week before, the gentleman was pleasant and helpful. He scheduled the cleaning for the following Monday with an approximate time and cost. He was here when he said he would be and got right to work. He didn't mind my crazy dogs,either. It took him the amount of time he said it would and the cost was very reasonable. He gave me a deal not knowing exactly if one rug was all wool or not! Then he gave advice on a vacuum for dog hair! I will now be using this service regularly and not waiting years to clean my upholstery. No smell, dried in hours..safe for people and dogs.
