What they do is send you a notice. I would recommend them because of their reliability. The unit has always worked fine, and if we have a problem we call them on the phone and they come right away.

They usually have an annual fee of $69.95 for each. That covers the service, cleaning and if you need filters. Their reliability stands out to me the most. When they tell you they're coming at such and such time, they're here. If I use you, it's because you're good. If you're not any good, what is it they say, if you fool me once but you won't fool me twice.

We have been using them for years and years and years. We use them twice a year.We use them in the fall and in the spring. In the fall they come and service our heater, and in the spring they come and service our air conditioner. In the past we had a problem and we had to get a new heater and air conditioner. He installed both of them. He is a very reliable person. They're an A company. He just does good work.

He was fantastic from the price stand point. He was about half, I am not familiar with prices. For $5000 he put a brand new heater and air. It usually would be $8000 - $10000 from the other quotes I had gotten. His price was phenomenal, his workmanship was great, he disposed of all the trash. He even came down and covered the rug as the heater was rusty. He did things that went the extra mile. He backs up everything he does. It has a 5 year warrant and last year when there was a problem he came in the storm to check it out. He is great.

IT WAS A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. ALTHOUGH BUSY JUST BEFORE WINTER, THEY ALWAYS TOOK THE EXTRA TIME TO SATISFY MY QUESTIONS. THIS COMPANY HAS INTEGRITY & QUALITY PEOPLE DOING THE JOB.
