They were great. Hired them to do 3 things. They came by and gave me an estimate in the morning, and were able to come back to do the work in the afternoon. They did great work and were done with everything before 2 pm, all for a reasonable price. Professional, all around. Will definitely hire again.

I wouldn’t ever use or recommend anyone else. I have even left my garage door opener so that Dale can come when I am not even here. Dale and his son are amazing in every way possible. I have used dale for years.

Ruban Electric worked with us to coordinate with weather and availability. They arrived on time and went right to work. I did not see any wasted time from either guy. Excellent service. Fixed existing cabinet light fixture in Kitchen without it having to be replaced with a new one. Replaced old dimmer lightswitch for Dining Room with newer technology switch which is much better. Replace a plug-in at my request.

It went okay at start as I was not happy with email of written contract with insufficient details for few things needed to get permit. Dale, the owner immediately updated contract with full details per my request. He also applied with City for permit. He is very punctual with day and time he gives to arrive. His office picks up immediately and understands what is needed to convey message to Dale. I got permit. I did not rake any other estimate but think price was reasonable.

I needed more light in the storage area of the basement and wanted a timer included with the bath exhaust fan. I wanted an outdoor light installed in a dark part of the yard, but I wanted to be sure it would not shine into the neighbors house. He had me test the light that evening & followed up to make sure I was happy with it. Dale gave me several options for each situation, explained the differences and really tried to make sure he met my needs. I felt comfortable with the options and didn't feel any pressure to "upgrade" when it wasn't needed. They were on time, cleaned up and made sure I understood how each new fixture operated before they left.

Dale came to give an estimate to replace my main electrical service breaker panel, and provided the best quote of the 3 that I received. We scheduled the work for just a few days later, and the job was performed flawlessly with no issues at all.
