+ -1 moreRoger was very dedicated to helping us with our needs, addressing our concerns. Then 4 days before the closing, on a weekend, he found us a contractor to fix last minute repairs, an exterminator to treat termites and damage we never knew about, and worked with the buyers to help them and their agent get the final mortgage. Then, he spent over nine hours on the day of the closing to make sure everything came together. He even helped with movers. At the end he gave me a ride home because I didn't have a car. He went way beyond what any agent would have done.
Description of Work: Sold our old house, and helped us find a new house.
