V. Purcell answered my call immediately. I had an estimate within one day. He was very professional and answered all my questions. The estimate was inline with the other estimates I received. Our roof was installed within a week of making a decision on a contractor. The crew arrived on time. The area around the home was completely cleaned at the end of the project. The roof looks great. We were very happy with Vince Purcell and would most highly recommend Purcell Builders.

Vince Purcell and his crew were excellent. From the first visit to give us the estimate until the time they departed on completion of the job they were friendly, respectful and very professional. Vince was not the cheapest for the four estimates we received but for what he was offering we felt he was very fair. He was on time to talk with us about the job and give us the price. He was the only contractor to give us a and quot;printedand quot; estimate at the time of his visit. He was also the only contractor to give us info on the shingles and leave us samples of colors, etc. We made our decision on a Saturday and he said he would be at the house on Thursday to start and the job would only take 1 day. He and the crew were at the house by 8:00 am. He gave them the necessary directions and they started immediately. Job was completed by 6:30 pm. They tarped the entire area around the house and the clean up was spotless. No dumpster was needed as he hauls everything away in his trucks. This was by far one of the best contractor experiences I have had in many years.

The crew showed up on time, worked until dark and the entire job was completed in one day.The site was left clean with all trash and debris removed. Would use these guys again.

He came right out right before it rained and got it done. He was quick in and out and was reasonable. I spent $150 for the repair. I came back from vacation and found leaks in my roof and card paper, so I called him. He came out within a day or two and fixed the roof before there was more damage from the rain. It was pretty much an emergency repair. His pricing was good and reasonable. He was responsive and got back to me very quickly.

Vince's pricing is very competetive, he is professional and provides quality service. He completed the job as scheduled. After the job was done you couldn't even tell that he was there...the yard was cleaned up before he left. I would highly recommend his company to anyone.
