Pat came out quickly after I called (with in a day). He gave me an estimate, he was friendly and we chatted a bit. I happen to like to chat with and get to know people who do work for me, so this is a plus in my mind. He came back a few days later as weather provided. Because he mixed the concrete himself (it was a very small amount of sidewalk, less than half a square), he was able to do the work for a much more reasonable price than any of the other people I talked to. He did a GREAT job smoothing it and finishing it. I plan on hiring him to tear out and repour an entire driveway and install a retaining wall at the new house we bought. I saw him working on another projects several months after he worked for me, and he recognized me, said hello and chatted a few minutes. Nice to have a personable person who does good work.
Description of Work: Cut out a small section of lifted sidewalk block and repour and slope it so it didn't present a tripping hazard, per code inspection for a house sale.
