I was really surprised. He did everything. He was courteous and clean. He cleaned up afterwards. He did more than the call of duty. He found that the wire they used for the thermostat was telephone wire. He replaced that. He's a perfectionist. He gave me a 10 year warranty on everything. He's easy to call.
