My experience with them was great. They do a good job. The only problem with them is that early in the season they get confused as to where my lawn is because I live in a town home, but once they get that all straightened up, they do a nice job. They actually do the whole town house complex and then for ten bucks, they do the backyards. So, it is inexpensive and it solves a lot of problems. My lawn in the back is postage. It is very small. It takes me about ten to fifteen minutes to do it. So, it is really small. They are dependable and they do a good job. If you have a problem like if they do not do something right or they miss, you call the office and they would be there the next day and take care of it. I do not really deal with them. They just do it.

First of all, they mowed the lawn about as well as you would expect at 13 year old to do it.  No trimming, missing spots and very spotty clean-up.  I told them when I started up that if the lawn did not need mowing, please do not mow it!  This happens occasionally  during the dry spells of summer.  Apparently, this is beyond their decision making ability.  They mowed every singly week, even when the the grass was short and brown!  I came out one day before they got started and told them I did not want my lawn mowed that week (it had not rained in about two weeks and there was nothing to mow).  The head guy said I had to sign a paper or he would get in trouble with his supervisor.  A few weeks later I was away from home on the day of their scheduled service, so I left a note on my mailbox to please not cut the lawn.  When I came home later in the day, it appeared that they read the letter and did not mow.  A week later I got a bill stating that the lawn was cut on this day.  I called and stated that I left a note and that the lawn was not mowed.  The lady on the other end stated that they must not have seen the note..  She then said she had the work order from the supervisor stating that the lawn was mowed.  I immediately told them to discontinue the service. However, I kept receiving a bill and eventually they threatened to send me to a collection agency.  I begrudgingly paid the bill just to be rid of them once and for all.  Stay away from this company!

They are very good. They show up on time and grass looks great. You can choose a routine that is weekly or bi-weekly.

THERE WAS A LOT OF DIRT & DUST BUT BESIDES ALL THAT, I WOULD DO IT AGAIN. I WOULDN'T USE THEM AGAIN JUST TO SEE WHAT SOMEONE ELSE HAS TO OFFER.
