ORDER WAS DELAYED BY AT LEAST 6 WEEKS AND IT WAS VERY HARD TO GET ANYONE BY PHONE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS OR GIVE STATUS OF JOB. SERVICE IS VERY SLOW IN THE STORE AND THERE WERE NOT ENOUGH SALES ASSISTANTS TO HELP THE CUSTOMERS.

I MADE THE PURCHASE FOR A NOVEMBER INSTALL. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED AT CHRISTMAS. THE SUB-CONTRACTOR DID NOT RETURN CALLS PROMPTLY.
