We spent lots of time together since the job was so extensive. I knew that the job was really involved and it was important to me to hire someone who I felt really comfortable with and who I could really communicate with. I was so pleased when his bid for the job came in at such a reasonable number in relation to other quotes. It justified me hiring the guy I wanted to hire. Other bids were higher and contractors less personable to deal with. Mike did great work and communicated with me regularly about what he found and gave great suggestions for how to lay out new lighting and locations of switches and receptacles. He and his assistant worked for an entire week before asking for his first payment. I would not hesitate to use Mike again and already had him work on the building where I run my business. You will not regret hiring this guy.
