I had Nick come out to our place and assess a noise issue and diagnose why my heat pump was running constantly. Within an hour he told me what the issue was. Apparently during a storm a branch fell on the outside unit damaging the fan and a coil or something. He showed me the damage and was very open about my options. Considering it was an older unitâ ¦ we decided for a full replacement. He called me later that night and asked for a good install date. We were very happy with the outcome and the professionalism throughout the process. Thank you again Instan Services

Nick was professional, arrived on time, completes work as agreed upon. He also made some great suggestions as to how I can improve the efficiency of my unit as well as balancing airflow on multiple levels of my house. You can tell he really enjoys what he does and likes to educate the homeowner on what was found and provide multiple solutions. We will absolutely be signing up for a maintenance agreement .
