"Good Morning [Member Name Removed], Thank You for the review. I will let our dispatchers and technician know of your positive response. Joe Scriboni Service Manager Great Plumbers."
"Good Morning , Thank You for your kind response to our resent service call. IN response to your concern in which our tech used soldering to connect this product, the manufacture of the hydrant gives the installer the option to use either a threaded connection or a solider connection for the installation. The most common and secure procedure is to solder this connection. Had your home been piped in with threaded iron pipe we would have used the threaded connection. The manufacture also makes other hydrants to adapt to other types of pipe now being used in the market. Having option allows us to adapt one product to different conditions. I hope this puts your concerns to rest. Again thank you for your response to our service call. "Mr. [Member Name Removed], Thank You for the great review. I just spoke to Andy the tech that was at your house and advised him of your satisfaction. It was a great way for him to start his day. Thanks Again. Joe Scriboni Service Manager Great Plumbers"
"Good Morning [Member Name Removed], I'm sorry to hear of your displeasure with our service. I must let you know there is not a straight forward water heater repair when it comes to electronics. The blinking codes only take you down a path of possibilities. The codes initially indicated that the issue could be a gas valve or a sensor. I reviewed the invoice that Sean had provided you and saw that he had given you 2 options for repair along with pricing. AT the time the decision was to provide the lower cost repair, with the note that if the issue continued we would need to replace the gas control valve. As stated on the second visit on Saturday night our tech did not have access to parts at the time of call. Standard operating procedure at the time was to reset the codes and give you temporary hot water. On Monday I spoke to you and did apologize for the miscommunication for scheduling. Our techs are instructed to have the customer call to do this, especially on a Saturday night, when they would not have access to or knowledge of calls already scheduled. As soon as we spoke on Monday I made sure we got you taken care of. At the time I tasked my most experience tech to assist and correct this issue. As you where concerned with cost i assured you we would only charge for parts. The part John changed was the thermal well which is a sub-part of the gas valve, on your water heater they can be change independently on newer units they are interconnected and are a single unit. The failure of the thermal well is linked to scale build up, most likely brought on by water conditions and heavy usage . Yearly flushing of the water heater will help cut down on this. I appreciate you letting me know of your experience, this information helps us at Great Plumbers to correct any issue in our service procedures and hopefully avoid these situations in the future. Please feel free to reach out to me directly with any additional; concerns or thoughts. Thank You Joe Scriboni Service Manager Great Plumbers"
