Great experiences, both in the store and with delivery. The Dump is only open on Friday/Saturday/Sunday. My initial visit was on New Year's Day 2013 (a Tuesday) and I was immediately overwhelmed by the sheer size of the store. I have been shopping for a mattress for >2-1/2 years and had not previously found the "right" one - which magically happened at this store. The price (for queen size) was $799 - more than I wanted to spend, but not unreasonable. I found this mattress on my own, by lying on virtually every mattress in the store (which had an extensive choice). Patricia, my sales rep, was very helpful in answering various questions, including a query about this particular mattress - which was ~3" thicker than my existing mattress - being on sale (she advised me to call regularly). 4-1/2 weeks later, I disovered that Patricia had moved back to California, but she had previously mentioned Laurie, who advised that this mattress was on sale for $499. I returned to the store, lay on the mattress again and made my purchase. I had originally intended to buy a mattress only to sit on my platform bed (as I have done for the past 33-1/2 years), but was convinced to also purchase a half-thickness (~4") box spring. An automated call, last night, gave a window of time for delivery for today (one of the delivery persons also called me when they were ~20 minutes away) and delivery by George & Bill was made midway through the time frame given. Both George & Bill were extremely pleasant and accommodating. Unfortunately, when the mattress was placed on top of the box spring, I immediately realized - and commented out loud - that the surface was much too high for my [older] cat, that he would not be able to jump onto it, and asked that the box spring be removed, which they did. The remaining height was exactly equal to the height of the bed in my spare room upon which my cat regularly sleeps, so I knew that this height would be fine. I assumed that I would have to "eat" the $100 (+ tax) cost of the box spring, which would just end up as junk in my garage, but George called The Dump's customer service department and, together with putting me on the line to verify that I did not want the box spring but was keeping the mattress, it was arranged for the delivery service to return the box spring and that I would get a full credit for it. If I have a need for furniture or another mattress in the future, I would definitely shop at The Dump again.
