Dobbins Home Inspection

We have opted for Dobbins Home Inspection based on the stellar and immaculate 5 stars reviews we saw online about their services. A perfect 5 appeared to be almost incredible from so many reviews. Yet after our experience with Mr. Andrew Dobbins we must adhere with all the other reviewers and add our own 5 stars. Andrew is all you wish for in an inspector. Perfectly on time, he was thorough, detailed, efficient, technically astute, super nice, clear, armed with the latest technology (including a camera equipped drone to visually inspect your roof!) and issued a simple to understand, complete, and richly illustrated report. Most of the times a good inspector will deliver bad news, details about your future home that need attention and money to be spent. But what a difference it makes to become aware of those many times hidden issues that if unattended might become catastrophic, jeopardize a major investment, and even put the homeowners and their families in harm's way. None of these will happen when you entrust Andrew with the inspection of your home. And when he delivers those bad news he adds a little humor to help you swallow and digest them somewhat easier. Kudos Dobbins Home Inspection, excellent work! Highly recommended!

Very professional. Thorough, easy to read report

You can TRUST Andrew. He is thorough with the inspection & explained us different parts of the inspection. It felt good to work with him.

He took his time and went over the entire house to bottom, took pictures, and when he was finished he took us around to show us what he found and educated us on everything, answered all our questions. He Extremely friendly and educated in what he does . We felt confident with what was told to us.

Andrew is a true professional. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain areas of concern. As well, he was thorough and documented all of his findings with detailed descriptions and a multitude of pictures and video. Furthermore, Andrew utilizes the latest in technology including the use of a drone to closely inspect the roof and difficult to access areas of the home. We are very happy with the report that was provided and would highly recommend Mr. Dobbins to anyone looking to purchase a new home!

Andrew was very professional. He was able to schedule my home inspection the following morning since I was on a tight time frame. He conducted a very detailed inspection, explained the results and presented the report within 24 hours. I would highly recommend him.

Andrew was nothing short of amazing. He left no stone unturned when it came to inspecting a home. I shopped around for quite some time before choosing this company and it was well worth it. If you re looking for a quick report this is not your guy. If you want an absolutely detailed report for every section of your home I would recommend hiring him.
