He was very professional and thorough but also very easy to talk to(very friendly).

This was my first time experiencing an home inspection. My appointment was scheduled very promptly. The company communicates with you before, during and after the inspection. Michael was very professional, very informative and might I add was to the location on time. He constantly asked if we had any questions and when we did he explained everything proficiently. Re-locating from another state, I wasn't sure which company to use. I'm glad we found Dobbins home inspection and I would highly recommend them.

This is a fantastic group to plan your home inspection with. Andrew is very nice, accommodating, professional, and he goes the extra mile if it is needed. For example, the water couldn’t be turned on in time for the inspection and he offered to come back without charge when it was accessible for a quick check. Michael did the inspection and was extremely kind and thorough. I especially appreciated that he dumbed everything down for me (respectfully obviously) so that I could understand. Reports came back within 24 hours. Definitely made the first time home buying process easy.
