Clean Cuts

Clean Cuts offered a substantially lower quote than the other two companies. I was prepared for cut-rate service. That did not happen. David and his crew arrived right on time and did an absolutely phenomenal job. They picked up after themselves - making my yard look better than it did when they arrived. David even pointed out a couple of minor things that I needed to fix in my yard that were unrelated and for which he was not trying to get hired. And David had warned me that it was possible that he'd have to exceed his estimate, since he couldn't see the extent of work needed until he arrived with all of his equipment and could get up into the tangle of branches. I wondered if he'd then justify jacking up the price once he started work, but he didn't ask for a dime more than his initial estimate. He's a very conscientious guy, and I am unlikely to hire anyone else for tree work in the future.

He was supposed to edge the beds, remove the old mulch and replace it with new, and clean everything up. He didn't do that. All he did was spread a ton of mulch on top of our old existing  mulch.

He weeded some of the big stuff, but he didn't get any of the smaller weeds. He said that the spray would killer stuff. I still have weeds growing. On too of that, they weren't supposed to spray chemicals around the pond, but he did anyway.

In the front, I have an island that he never edged. After we asked him to come back, he edged only half of it and he never did any edging in the back at all.

I feel very taken advantage of.

Everything was great.  They were prompt, courteous, and very professional.  They cleaned up after themselves beautifully.

The owner is a really good guy. When he came out here, he charged me more than he estimated. I had an issue with the price and he was able to negotiate down to the price he originally stated. He even cleaned my gutters on the front and the back of the house for me. He is very professional and I thought he was very honest. He seems to really care about his clients.

We noticed that the bark on a 50' tree in our backyard had started to come off, approximately 4' off the ground. When we looked closer we saw that the tree was hollow on the inside. The tree was leaning toward our house. I called Clean Cuts at 5:10 pm on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and left a message (We had used them for some work about 5 years ago). David returned the call within 30 minutes and said he would come over to look at the tree on Thanksgiving afternoon. We were away on Thanksgiving and when we arrived home on Friday afternoon we returned the voice mail call to Clean Cuts. David said he would be at our home with a team at 8:00 on Saturday morning. They arrived on time, did a great job, were obviously concerned with safety and cleaned everything up. The price was excellent. We will definitely use Clean Cuts again and recommend them to all our friends.

Although they are not cheap their service is good.

They did a great job. David was great. This was the second time we had used them. They are fairly priced. They came out promptly and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them.

They did a really good job. They were very nice, they went above and beyond. We hired them for one thing, and they wound up doing four.

WE WERE HAVING A POOL PUT IN and DECIDED AT THE LAST MINUTE TO MOVE THE POLT. WE NEEDED TO HAVE A 50 FOOT TREE REMOVED FROM THE SPOT. DAVE CAME OUT WITHIN 24 HOURS and DID A GREAT JOB.
