+ -1 morewalked away with our check. Ordered to pay us back by orbitrator but refuses. Looked into his history he has a laundry list of people he owes money to and most are clients. Stay away
Description of Work: total rip off. Look at his reviews on other categories. BBB revoked him. Predator with people in need.

+ 0 moreResponded immediately. Took a check as a down payment and once the check cleared he left refrigerators and freezers full of food unplugged. Never hauled away anything left wet drywall and carpet inplace. Later discovered he is a known predator to old people and disabled people. He has over 50 lawsuits against him and has paid none. Settlement was in our favor and again Mr. Cella could not be the man and pay up. AARP needs to get this guy!!
Description of Work: Basement water damage. Contracted to remove carpet and dry wall, provide dryers and haul debris
