The flooring is nice, the installation wasn't done that well. They use a third party to install. They damaged a lot of the boards putting them down. They were in a big hurry. It took 4 hours and they were out the door, bing bang bang and its over.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD AND INFORMATIVE. THE WORKERS WERE NEAT AND CLEAN THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY ALL WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE WORK THEY HAD TO DO AND DID NOT HESITATE ABOUT DOING IT.
