Not well, wrong equipment for the application and refuses to correct the issue now that he's been paid 12k for a top of the line system that doesn't work with zoning. Lennox specifically says the system won't work if zoned, in the installation manual!!! This guy is out for the money only and couldn't care less if the systems he installs works

They're Lennox dealer, which was what I wanted. They weren't the least expensive but I think in the long run, they were. He came in and just the way he did the estimate, he looked at the duct work, he knew what size it was, he didn't have to measure anything, he has done it before and in fact it's just him and his brother that does the installs. He came in and he did the job. When we needed a plumber and have some work done before he even started, Speer came in with a cost-effective solution so I think I got the better deal and I can't say enough about him. I had a problem with the thermostat, both brothers came out the following day and really wanted to get to the bottom of the situation. As it turns out, it was a problem with Lennox and Lennox is a great company to deal with. I talked to them on the phone, they called me back and what it was was a Wi-Fi thermostat that wouldn't connect to their server, it turns out their server was having a problem. Ted Speer & Sons really did the job, they wanted to make sure I was satisfied, they always called back to ask if it's working because Lennox said it's working now.
