Nic was the plumber who installed the plumbing on the new build house that I purchased. In less than a year, I have to have Nic return to the house for 9 seperate water leaks in varying locations. The straw that broke the camels back was when water came pouring out of a light fixture in my garage. I knew immediately it was the shower in the master bathroom. You could tell by the way the water came pouring out of the ceiling that it was a major leak. Nic proceeded to tell me it was because water was splashing onto the floor from the shower!! If I was that sloppy, my bathroom floor would be flooded! He proceeded to caulk around the faucet just in case it was splashing behind the wall and running to the garage. Give me a break. I was blown away that he thought I was that ignorant. I physically had to stand on a ladder and poke a saw through the ceiling of my garage and I was immediately met with anouther deluge of water. It was the elbow in the shower drain! I can accept a couple of leaks, but 9 in less than a year and to be met with insults upon entering my home from poor workmanship on his part-I will not tolerate it and neither should you. Just beware......
