How did it go? After I told him how unprofessional it was to call us after the promised time, which basically he lied to us, as he was stuttering his words, He said to me: Go Find Someone Else AND HANGUP on me!!!!!! This company does not deserve to be operating! He is a liar, and unprofessional!!!!! Extremely disappointed! He came highly recommended and NOW I will make sure this will be known
Description of Work: What the provider do: I called to schedule an appointment for the owner to come and give me a quote for his service. He was two weeks out and made an appointment. Office confirmed the appointment before he came which was professional. My husband and I took off work and waited "patiently" for his widow arrival time between 2 and 2:30Pm. At 2:45 PM, the owner called me while he was driving and told me he is running late and is on his way and will see us between 3:15 and 3:30 pm. At 3:45 Pm, he called again and told me he is at his office and is busy and won't be able to see us until after 5 PM. I, was calm and stern and told him how unprofessional it is for his timing and how we managed to take off of work, without pay, to meet with him.
