"Thank you for your feedback! We would love to know how we could have enhanced your customer experience."
After completion, inspection by NJNG failed but Artic Air corrected the defeficiency immediately.
The water heater failed after 6 years and was replaced by Artic Air, which was replaced again in 2012 by another Contractor, as a precaution from me.
The central air and heating system still works fine; no repair needed so far.
For the most part, the work was top-notch and overall I was happy with the installation. They did their best to meet all my needs.
There were a two things that I was unhappy about but they were minor in detail. Firstly, a gas pipe had to be rerouted inside because the installer didn't do it the way I asked and the pipe was jutting out into a walkway in a basement. Easily fixed.
The second issue was while the contracted insulation and air-sealing company (Not Arctic Air) was working, they opened all the windows and doors (presumably to air the house out and maybe get some air flow to the attic) but left my central air running all day. It was July and very hot in the attic and I had no problem with the windows being open but they should have turned off my AC. They made some excuse about the cold air providing relief to the workers in the attic. But we all know that no cool air made it up to that attic...it went out the window and only hot air made it up there.
So all-in-all, it was a great experience and I would hire them again!
