Mr. Neild was hired to do my bathroom and most of the windows in my home. The windows were completed with no problem until I had a problem locking one. To this day it still doesn't lock.
Deal direct was hired to gut and replace everything in the main bathroom in my home. He arrived on the date we agreed on and the work started. Everthing was going well until the tile was installed. All of the tile was coming up the next day. Deal Direct stated to me he could do no more work for me as he would not make any money if he had to make the repair. He walked off the job and left me with an additional $1,500.00 worth of finish work. No running water in the tub. I had to have another company come out to remove all the tile. I had to repurchase the tile and have a professional install it.
In addition, when I called about the window I was ignored. I left 3 messages.
The roof has been the problem. I have had 4 leaks in the roof, which was supposed to have a warrenty of 30 years. The last leak was around the metal chimney, which was supposed to have a new collar placed at the time of the new roof. Ray Neild came out the first time and placed alot of goop around it so it would not leak..but that did not resolve the issue, it leaked a little while later..Ray than told me to get a new metal chimney and gave me a name of Chuck kennedy who came out for 300.00 to replace a metal stack....
guess what it leaked again. I called Ray Neild and said what is going on it leaked again, and asked is it the roof or the chimney he told me to call chuck kennedy. Well he came back out and said he fixed it. Guess what less than a year later its leaking again...and the bigger issue, neither of them will return my call. So I guess their warranty does not exist, and I will never refer anyone to Ray or Chuck Kennedy.Licensing
