My wife and I met Bill at an open house in Califon several years ago. Bill made a good impression on us immediately; whereas other realtors we had met were pushy and annoying, Bill was professional and gave us space. We took Bill's card, and 6 months later when we were more seriously looking for houses, after my parents' long-time realtor told us that she didn't cover the area we were looking for homes in, we gave Bill a call. Bill was great to work with. It took him almost no time to figure out what our tastes were in a house. Never once in the over THREE years (picky tastes!) we looked for houses did Bill ever make us feel pressured to buy a home. When we made an offer on a short sale early in 2013, Bill was on the phone with the seller's agent every other day trying to move the process along. When that house fell through due to a strange dispute between the seller and the bank as to who owned the property, Bill helped again with a search of local real estate. Finally, we found the perfect house, and closed on it today. I rarely will say in a review that someone performing a service for me did it perfectly, but Bill certainly did.
