Looking back on my kitchen remodel project, it is clear to me that nobody getting ready to do this has any idea how involved it is until they actually experience it for themselves. It is far more than deciding on a design and selecting cabinets. Nancy came highly recommended to me by a friend. After meeting with a few other designers I'm glad I decided to work with her. I felt no sales pressure. She put me at ease right away and I knew immediately I wanted to work with her. After experiencing first hand her passion for her work and the integrity she showed throughout the process; I would hire her all over again. I found her to be extremely honest as she lived up to everything she said she would do and more. She was constantly on the job and was responsive and responsible to me in every way. Her customer service was exceptional and she made the experience a pleasant one during a stressful time. Nancy totally grasped what I was looking for in the design and her cabinetry is absolutely beautiful. She gave me several options for my budget. Her pitch regarding her in-home design studio concept was everything she said, as her pricing was more than fair for the quality of the cabinetry and all the service she provided. My husband wanted to use our contractor, who we love and has done a lot of work for us, to install the cabinetry - but Nancy insisted that we use her installer, Mark, and reasoned that many times there are important decorative details not always found in the plans and by separating the designer from their installer opens the door for unnecessary conflict. More importantly, she reasoned that if our contractor did the install we would incur the expense of any mistakes where as with her installer we did not have that risk, as any problems would be at Nancy Scott Kitchen Interiors expense. My husband relented and after he saw the install process and witnessed the craftsmanship of Mark he was happy he listened to Nancy. Even our contractor said that they did an unbelievable job and that both Nancy and Mark were great to work with. In the end he asked for their contact information, which said a lot to us about their work. I couldn?t be happier with the end result and the journey in getting there. Based on my experience I highly recommend Nancy and Nancy Scott Kitchen Interiors.

Nancy was so detail-oriented.  She came up with suggestions not only from an overall color scheme but how each of the cabinets functioned and how we were going to use our new kitchen.  My husband and I both cook and to have counter tops at the right height and the custom cabinetry designed with our needs in mind.  We did our research and talked to designers at the big home improvement stores as well as another independent designer.  Nancy was the best.  We've never redone a kitchen before, but she made us very comfortable with all of the decisions we had to make.  And there were lots of things to take into consideration.  She guided us through the entire process - not only the design part but with the contractors who were doing the work.  She was always there to answer our questions and we could run ideas past her.  She was very honest in her responses - not just telling us what we wanted to hear.  We really appreciated her taking charge when needed to make sure everything went smoothly.  Not only did she redesign our kitchen,but she did our master bath as well.  It was spectacular!  We removed an old jetted tub and put in a beautiful walk in shower.  We originally had 1 sink and vanity - she came back with a beautiful double sink design with more vanity room than we could imagine.  The cabinetry she recommended was beautiful from start to finish and her installer was meticulous. Her pricing was very fair and well worth the time and effort she took to get our project where it needed to be.   When you consider using one of the big home improvement stores, look at the difference in quality - there is NO COMPARISON.  We received the most beautiful quality from her design and attention to detail -- start to finish.   I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again.

After years of failed attempts to find a designer who could understand my style I found the company who totally understood my style and was able to design and provide high quality, well constructed, functional and beautiful cabinets for both my bath and kitchen renovations. The cabinets were deliverred on time, within budget and fit the space perfectly. They were a pleasure to deal with and I am planning future renovations. I would highly recommend this company!

When we decided to put a new kitchen in our home, we were taken to a few kitchen showrooms, four to be exact.
We became very discouraged, because not only did we not like the products, be we couldn't relate to any of the salespeople.
