Description of Work: I requested service through there website and followed up a week later with a voicemail. I did not hear back on either. If they don't need the business they could at least respond back.

Dear Member of Angie's List, It is now early October 2013 and we have just had the opportunity to complete our account set up with Angie's List and are seeing your comments for the very first time. Please accept our apology for not replying to the inquiry that you placed through our website during this past spring season. Because we are a small business affected by high seasonal demand, there are times throughout the year we are not able to handle adequately the influx of new calls and inquiries for our work. It is our practice not to take on more work than we can handle, in order to cater to our clients that are contracted with us. We achieve this with our fine team. On staff we have skilled and dedicated employees that have been with us for as many as 22 years and we continually get compliments from our clients on the high quality of work we create and for the high level of customer service they receive from our company. As you can imagine, it is very difficult to train a work staff to this level in a short period of time! We have found it to work best for us not to hire temporary employees to cover peak times only then to sadly lay them off. So unfortunately there are times when the demand is so high that we are unable to be our best in the "responsiveness" category regarding every new caller, question and inquiry we receive, especially in this new era of social media marketing.
