Car Washes
The wash was subpar. There was still a trace of bird droppings on the trunk of my car. Also, and this is my main complaint. The machine took my $20 bill and didn't return my $15 in change. I was told to see the cashier for my change but there was no cashier onsite. I called the number listed on the building twice- that day and the next day. Almost immediately after the 2nd call the owner called me back. Rennie did send me a $20 refund check for the price of the $5 car wash and the $15 in change. Rennie said she wasn't sure how dirty my car was that it didn't get clean-so maybe the $5 wash doesn't do much cleaning because my care wasn't that dirty. I just wanted the bird droppings removed from my trunk. Didn't happen. I just want to share my experience.
