We recently bought our home prior to this service and found a previous invoice in closing paperwork. Called them to service the equipment which had not been used for some time. They were on time for the original appointment.  I was told the system needed major service and  was quoted $400, but it could not be performed that day and being the end of the year we would have to wait until after the holidays. I scheduled the followup service for January. First, they were very late and when they called to tell me that they were late they also said it was now $700 because the system was "so old." I told them not to bother. I gave them slightly higher remarks for quality and professionalism because we were having an flow issue with our Everpure filter which they did come out to service free of charge under warranty. They were on time and courteous. It was the same person who also came to the original appointment.
