Paul came out to quote the work and the price on the scheduled date at the scheduled time.  Paul was very professional and offered alternatives regarding the installation which always helps when making decisions about the job.  After Paul explained the scope of the projected, I selected the type of awning I wanted.  Sunsetter was offering a special discount of $200 at the time and also offered a free Awning cover worth $89.  I selected an aluminum hood cover and was given an $89 credit towards the aluminim hood.  Paul's company also offered a free Wireless wind sensor which was valued at $89.  Paul quoted the job, I gave a downpayment of $350 and was given a window of 2 weeks for installation.  I received a call from Paul a few days later indicating that the awning had arrived early and he wanted to come right out to install it.  I was not able to be there for the installation but arrived home that night to find a beautiful Sunsetter Awning installed exactly the way Paul had described it.  He was able to adjust the clearance of the awning slightly to allow additional head room.  The installation was solid and everything worked as advertised.  We are extremely pleased with the purchase and installation.  The only minor dissappointment was that Paul didn't install the wireless wall switch.  I will install this a little later.  Highly recommend the product and the company.
