"When the work was contracted to us, there was additional work that we were told we would be notified to do when it was ready, we were never notified until claimant had a leak! We will make every effort within reason to satisfy the customer. As for interior damages, it clearly states in our contracts that we are not responsible for interior damage before, during or after the job is complete. We Will absolutely do our best to satisfy all exterior work necessary to make the claimant happy."
