The satellite is through Dish Network. We haven't had any issues with them. Occasionally our satellite goes out but I just have to go and clear the snow off of it so it is not their issue, it is ours. We have called them in the past and the customer service is really good. They were able to talk to us and talk about our problem that we did have and were able to fix it.

We were moving into a newly constructed home and the transition went extremely smooth with no service interuption. Service was on-time with a courtesy call when they were on the way. Explained everything and even gave us a direct line to call if there were any issues.

We had the other company but we got ripped off so we went back to DISH. We had used them for 10 years previously then went with another company because they offered some kind of double packaging but raised our rate really high. The other company was Direct TV and they kind of ripped us off. DISH Network has been really good and I will use them again in the future. We have been back with them for about 4 months.

I like him a lot. I had an interaction with him on Thursday. He said I can get a free upgrade and it doesn't cost anything. He went all through my house and set all the receivers in for free of charge because I've been with him for a while. He was extremely prompt and nice. He was professional.

They were here really quick that day that I had to get started and the guy who came was really nice. It was the day that the Alabama football game was coming on; I said I don't care what you have to do, just make sure the football game is on before you leave and he put both the TV's on that channel before leaving so that I did not miss the game. They have no hidden fee, its $80 a month and I have a triple package with all the channels. I don't have problems only if there is really bad weather. I will continue to use them in the future.

I think they are a little less money hungry than other cable companies. Occasionally in the winter there are issues with snow and ice on the satellite dish. I would like to see them do a la carte channels.
