  I made a call and the serviceman came out the next day.  i got a call from the office with a price the following day and was told it would take approximately two weeks to order my windows.  Two weeks later my windows were installed.  They gentlemen who did the installation were very professional and friendly.  I definitely would use this firm again.

I took my grandmother's mirror to their showroom. When they went to measure the existing mirror, instead of going through the back of the frame, they decided to wedge a knife (it didn't fit), then a ruler (that would go either), then a putty knife between the front of the the glass and the antique frame to try to get an accurate measurement of the existing mirror. When they forced the putty knife in, a 1" strip of wood popped off the frame. I asked them if they could repair it. They said no but recommended another store I could take it to and have it repaired at my expense. Really? They do the damage and they don't even apologize, let alone offer to pay for the repair. They were careless and unprofessional in every way.
