Brian was courteous, on time every day and treated this project like it was his own home. The workmanship was second to none. They also were clean and respectful of our house. Brian and his crew are to be commended!!! The tub, shower, tile, floor, cabinets, and vanity were installed perfectly. Their timeline was exactly what they said it would be. The township inspector said that he rarely sees work like this. In addition, he worked with all of the suppliers and the process was seamless. My wife and I wanted to gut and remodel our master bathroom.  Our plan was to change plumbing, move a window, add electrical and have a large glass enclosed shower with a wall to wall vanity.  We interviewed 5 contractors in all and Brandon Kovacs at American Custom Construction was by the far the best of the group.  One of the most important qualities we wanted in our contractor was trust.  From the moment we met Brandon we felt like we could trust him.  In his initial consultation he emphasized the importance of making the shower water proof.  He explained to us in great detail the custom shower pan he uses as well as the Denz Shield process for the the shower walls.  Brandon helped us plan out the details of our bathroom and worked with us on planning out the tile pattern.  He made several trips to our house as well as met us at a few stores to go over tile planning and placement.  Brandon's lead carpenter Scott was awesome to work with as well.  Scott answered all of my wife's questions when she stopped by during lunch and had a great attention to detail with top of the line finish work.  During the beginning stages of construction we discovered a previous plumbing issue.  Brandon explained to us what his plans were to correct it and gave us a few options of how to proceed.  He was willing to work with us because of the extra cost and made sure we were comfortable in our final decision.  We talked with Brandon several times during construction to review completed work and ask questions.  He fielded every question and took the time to explain in detail what was done and what the future plan was.  In the end we have a custom SPA-like bathroom thanks to Brandon, that is built to last.  We would recommend American Custom Construction to anyone looking for a contractor.  Brandon is honest, knows what he is doing and does not cut corners.  Additionally when Brandon and his team were completed for the day they left the house very clean.  We plan on using Brandon for all future home renovations.  
The icing on the cake, my wife and I are having a baby in July and because of the wonderful rapport we established with Brandon he offered to paint the baby's room as a gift to us!

Brandon came to my home and listened to my ideas and gave me a estimate for the work that was suppose to get done. It was a reasonable and acceptable quote. He installed all the new windows and doors. Then replaced the roof. He installed new siding, soffits,  fascia,and seamless gutters. While he was residing the house he noticed a structural problem with the sun porch we had. He brought it to my attention and pointed out it need to be torn down and rebuilt because it was extremely unsafe. Although it was not part of my plan this room is a beautiful addition to my home and now can be used year round.  He then started the rib out of the original kitchen. Brandon and his crew were very neat and disposed of material daily. During the demolition of my 50 year old kitchen, he realized, while preparing for the new floor, that the house had settled uneven and the floor was not level.  He sistered most of the floor joists to make the floor level before continuing the work. I can not thank Brandon enough for his knowledge of all the structural damaged that was hidden for so many years. 
We now live in a beautifully updated home with a state of the art kitchen with an open concept to view out  to our new all season sun porch with beautiful wooded lot. We now have an open concept living area with  new doors trim work and moldings. Our home has a more modem flow. It truly is the details that matter.

When we were finally able to purchase our windows Brandon scheduled delivery and installed them in a timely and professional manner. When it comes to thinking out of the box Brandon is your man.

They came into our home and treated it like it was there own house they were very neat. They were very prepared to do the job and got the job in a timely fashion. We love our new room.

Called Brandon (owner - American Custom Construction) and he came to our home to provide an estimate.  We called to give him the go ahead and we were given a start date for our kitchen.  He and his crew showed up right on schedule and performed the kitchen remodel in the time line quoted -  exactly as promised making it possible for me to make Thanksgiving dinner for 20!  Roofing and siding were completed in March 2012 (during which time I had sugery and American Custom Construction sent me get well flowers on my return home!!  We could not be more pleased with the results from the exceptional work done to our home.  Would recommend these skilled professionals to all my friends and family.

Overall it went very well. The job was performed professionally, neatly and in timely manner. Inevitably problems arise and they were resolved quickly and amicably. I received a prompt reply to my request for a qoute, I was kept informed of the process and phases. Subcontractors were addressed completely and the staff of ACC was prompt, skilled and polite.

American Custom Construction was great from the estimating process  to the end of the project.   We had multiple contractors come to give us an estimate and they were really outside our budget.   Brandon came with his estimate and gave us the quote but then  explained that the reason it was high was because of our exsisting roof line. He then suggested that we move the addition to the other end of the house to make the cost more in our budget.  He was the only contractor that did this.  He actually cared that we did the addition how we wanted it, within our budget.  Throughout the whole process Brandon would make suggestions as to what would look nicer, and some actually saved us money.   We made a ton of changes to our plan while they were here (including having them knock down a wall and then rebuild it) with every change Brandon and his crew were professional and did want we wanted and never complained. 
Brandon and his crew were friendly and  professional.   They had always cleaned up everything every night before they left, I never had to worry  about my kids getting hurt.
American Custom Construction was AWESOME to work with!     I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely call them back when we pick our next project.

As always in the past, we are extremely happy with the work performed by ACC.  At no time have we ever been disappointed.  They are professional, always on time and in constant contact with us as the owners.  They do beautiful work, are conscientious and clean up after themselves.
