We only used the service for one year (that was a minimum requirement of the company). Service provider came out every quarter for one year to place/inspect mice bait and traps. It went fine because we don't have a mice problem!

Is it possible to love a pest control company? YES! The responsiveness, the customer service, the timeliness of the technician, the cost--all get an A plus. The company also has a 'give back to the community' holiday program to help those less fortunate. Highly recommended company. We will be using them on a regular basis.

Well! Technician arrived promptly and placed bait where we thought possible mice might be. He also sealed some tiny openings under our library where mice entry was theoretically possible. Did a thorough job!

EXCELLENT! Spoke to Laurie around 10am. She promised to have someone there between 3pm-6pm. Dean arrived at 3:15ish, and by 4pm he had safely removed the hidden bat, inspected the attic crawl space and exterior for openings. Very professional! Will now use them to seal the openings and to exterminate quarterly. Very, very pleased with the service and glad I took the recommendation of the NJ Humane Society!

Chris, Kim and Laurie were all excellent, responsive, helpful, and professional.

The service is good. We have been using them for at least one year now. The technicians have been very friendly. They get the job done in about 15-20 minutes.

This company is excellent for pest control. We use them for regular quarterly sprayings and have had no problems. We also had a squirrel or mice in our attic and the owner came out several times (at no increased charge) until the problem was resolved.

They are fine. I have used them twice now. They were very quick and respected our wishes not to spray in certain areas due to our pets and they took care of what needed to be done. We did not have reoccurrence of the ants this year and they did a good job. The technician was fine.

My experience was absolutely wonderful; I highly recommend them. I had a couple of problems so they came right out two more times within a week. The owner was very personable, reasonable, and knowledgeable; he is just a nice guy. They came out and treated my problem and when I still had a problem, they came back with no questions.
