I have relied on Steven Clarke twice and been pleased with the work both times. The second time there was an issue of a clogged leader and underground pipe leading to overflowing, which he was able to clear and fix the problem. He returns calls quickly, schedules work timely and does an overall thorough and professional job.

I requested a quote for gutter cleaning. Steve never arrived at my house when he said he would, but finally came by after calling him a second time, which was four days later. He surveyed the perimeter of the house, and said the gutter cleaning would cost $315. I don't have the biggest house in the world, and I have never paid more than $150. For whatever reason, he thought I would be fine with paying DOUBLE of what it should really cost. That is extremely unprofessional. Based off of this experience, I would not consider him for any future jobs.

Routine work - excellent job

Mr. Clarke responded to my request for an estimate within the same day via phone. He and his team arrived within 3 business days to do the work. They swept the roof, cleaned the gutters, and blew out the downspouts. I am pleased with their work and will likely use them again.
