I stopped in Monday AM and discussed the problem. They picked up the blower up at my house Tuesday AM and I had it back the next day, in time for the next snowstorm.
I have no problem about paying for pickup and delivery. If it was "free", then I'd be paying for it some other way.
I've been buying all my power equipment here for ~30 years. I used to drive by on my commute and observed that they have a large
commercial landscaper clientele, and reasoned that for those guys time is money, so they need a place that sells quality equipment and provides prompt service when necessary.
On purchases, they take the time to talk to me and understand my needs before making a recommendation and never try to up-sell. A couple of times they've actually told me I didn't need to buy the more expensive model I was considering. Have purchased 2 lawnmowers, string trimmer, snowblower, leaf blower and a chainsaw, and have been happy with all of them.
On the few occasions I've needed service I've always been able to speak directly to a tech. They are willing to take the time to explain what they did and why. The labor rates are in line for the area, and in my experience they charge fairly and accurately.

They were very reasonable for the price and they were honest with me. They were also on time. I had two lawnmowers to have them inspect. They told me my walk lawnmower didn't even need a tune up because it was so old and about to become dysfunctional. They were able to tune up our tractor. They were very clear in explaining what they were doing as well.
