Initially the sales person was very helpful, but when it came time for the actual move, we were not happy with the service provided by the branch in Berkeley Heights. They assured us our belongings would be delivers no later than Saturday of that week, and they informed us that our driver would relay to us when our belongings would be delivered, which he failed to do. Then, we had to reach out to the moving coordinator, who was also ignorant to the delivery date as well. If it had not been for the local agent here in South Carolina, who was absolutely great, coming through at the very last minute by locating the truck, they would have missed the delivery date which would have created an additional myriad of problems. Outside of this caveat, their handling of our belongings and the work done by the servicemen was commendable.
Description of Work: They picked up our furniture on July 15th and deliver it to South Carolina on July 20th.
