The two guys that cleaned my gutters were very courteous, and helpful as I was trying to figure out which underground pipes came from which downspouts. The gutters are working really well since, with no dripping over as it had been prior to them cleaning. I'd hire them again.

The team came as scheduled, however, they left two bags of debris in front of my garage door and did not swipe the patio as they were supposed to do. I complained by email with pictures to the company but did not get any answer or apology. Since I could not go on the roof for safety reasons, I do not even know if the job was well done. Nevertheless, they sent an invoice with the full price to pay. I am very disappointed.

"We did do a complete gutter cleaning with the debris bagged at the roof line. We do not use blowers which can leave debris all over the yards and beds. If a call had been placed we would have sent the crew right back to pick up the bags and sweep the few little leaves that had escaped through the tech's hands as they bagged the debris. I did return this customer call twice to discuss."

Other companies do minor repairs during gutter cleaning. This company does not so you end up spending much more than what it should cost.

"Due to Covid 19 many customers do not want to have contact. The technicians bagged the debris, flushed the gutters and downspouts, took the debris away with them. If the customer wants to have contact and see the work they have to go outside and stand as far away as they are comfortable."
