KATE'S COVERS

Had the radiators covered when we moved in. So happy with the work that we recently had them come out to cover the remaining radiator. Fantastic company.

The service overall was excellent and Kate was great to work with.  She responded to my request for more information the same day and arranged to come measure the radiators.  She came to measure when she said she would and delivered the finished radiator covers within the time that she promised.  The radiator covers look great and I would definitely use Kate's Covers again.

Excellent. Communication was super, measure, order and install went faster than expected and price was  reasonable. Kate was very pleasant to work with.

Terrific experience from start to finish. I filled out a lead form on Kate's website. She contacted me the same day. She was able to come in the next couple of days to provide an estimate and fill out a contract. She and her husband were punctual, polite, and very efficient. The radiator cover was delivered on time and is of outstanding quality. This is a great company, a breeze to work with, and I will be calling them again to do more!

Called the number and the gentleman on the phone a few questions. He was concise and clear and I asked if the covers would cool to the touch to prevent my baby from getting hurt. He said yes. He said he could come into see us on site for no cost which was great. The price and delivery cost sounded very reasonable.
We met Kate on the weekend to discuss the cost and she took measurements. Our baby daughter was with us and we made it clear the covers were to protect her from the radiators. The company is an offshoot form a family business run in Pennsylvania. I know because I asked Kate how she got into it. The business is side venture and she has a full time job. She started selling radiator covers when she was made redundant and kept doing it ever since. The covers are picked up from the facility in Pennsylvania.
We decided to order one cover to see how it fared in the heat. It a arrived as promised a few weeks later and Kate was always professional and very polite.
However the product did not perform it's function and becomes almost as hot as the radiator. The radiator covers cannot be used to protect your children from the hot radiators. The covers are fine if they are just to be used for aesthetics.
Needless to say Kate never followed up to see if we wanted anymore because she knew before she it to us it wasn't going to do the job. I am so fed up with business mistreating and misrepresenting. Angies list is the only way to get my voice out there so I decided to put up my review.
