John Kelly's Carpet Cleaning

John is kind and very professional. Our family has used him for several years and he never fails to do a great job. His prices are better than anyone we’ve ever used in the past, and he doesn’t outsource his work. His machine is also the most powerful and doesn’t leave you with soggy carpets and wet rug smell for days unlike other companies.

John was prompt to respond to my phone call, arrived on time, completed the job exactly the way we discussed, and priced exactly as quoted. He was clean and thorough, and very courteous. We will definitely recommend his services without any hesitation.

Tho I said I got him from asking Angie for locals for the $79 special, I'm too busy to waste time on argument. He said not 79, but 250, but took 175. You are more untrustworthy than he. I told him I wouldn't report him to Angie, but your response is atrocious.

My wall to wall carpeting is very old and, I thought, ready to be replaced. Since I have elderly cats getting new carpeting now is not practical. I thought a cleaning might tide me over for a while but my expectations were low. John did such a great job that there is no reason to replace the carpet at all! It really looks great. And my area rugs came out great too. John was very professional. He came on time, worked quickly and thoroughly and with good attention to details. I thought the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and would certainly use his services again.

He did fabulous!   Better then some other famous companies out there!   My area rugs came back looking like it was new!    The bedroom rug came out looking much better then it did when he first started and thats all I could have asked for!   We just wanted to get a few more years out of it before it was replaced.
I would gladly recommend him to anyone of my friends.  :)

All stains came out and all rugs are clean and look like new. Amazing Job! I have been using John for years. I wouldn't use anyone else. He is fantastic.

I have used John to clean my 3 floors of carpets for over 25 years. He has consistently done a great job and has always been reliable and pleasant to deal with. Over the years I have had a house full of children and pets which meant lots of dirt and stains and necessitated frequent cleaning. John is the only carpet cleaner I have used and I have never been disappointed.

John was very accessible by phone.  He showed up when he said he would.  He used the truck-mounted steam cleaning on the wall-to-wall carpeting in the basement and it came out looking good. 

John called me back promptly when I called to set up the apt, he arrived on time, did a thorough job.  This is the second time I have used John to clean my carpets and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Available, on time, polite, job well done, fair price. I recommend him a lot and no one is ever disappointed.

I have been using John Kelley for years. He is easy to get an appointment with. He returns calls promptly and shows up on time. I feel secure having him in my house. The carpets dry in hours and he is able to get out animal stains. I have also used him for upholstery, although I do my carpets more often due to pets and children. The thing I like is that it is not a big ordeal to get the carpets cleaned. I don't want to have to move furniture and spend time preparing to have the carpets cleaned. I have him just clean those areas that are visible, not under beds or heavy furniture. It makes the process quick and easy. Highly recommend.

It all turned out really fantastic! He has been doing my carpets at my old house and where I currently live for twenty years! I highly recommend his services! He is very reasonably priced. He is always on time! He comes in the morning and with the type of machine he uses, everything is dry by the afternoon!

Always great. Been using him for 20 years. He can also do upholstery and drapes ( while they are still hung).He does great work and at such a reasonable price. Used others and paid a lot more for indferior work.

It was way less than any other estimate I got. Every other place I called said I needed to send it away for service, which was $1000s. He is the only one I will use.
