John Alexatos

Description of Work: We hired John Alexatos to fix up our elderly parents' Cape Cod style house to get it ready to be sold. It had not been well maintained in decades. Here's a list of what he did: painting entire inside of the house, installing new vanities in two bathrooms and backsplash, steamcleaning and re-grouting two bathrooms, installing new ceiling light fixtures, installing new outside handrails, power wash patio, remove cracked tile on second floor and install carpeting, removing outside trellis and vines, repair door handles and windows, replace cracked windows, removing shelving, replace bi-fold closet doors, plumbing repairs, add air conditioning to existing HVAC unit, remove paneling in basement/clean mold/paint/replace insulation up to code/fix wiring, remove tile in basement and seal floor, refinish oak flooring on first floor, paint/stain front door, remove tile on porch and seal floor.
