When we told her we wanted rooms that were practical and child friendly, she took that challenge and perfectly executed it within our budget.

My first experience with J. West Design Serveric was excellent! Jacqui took on the challenge of re-designing my "great room" that needed much work. It was large room with a few odd pieces of furniture and I had no idea of what to do with it. Jacqui spent time getting to know me before digging into the project (that was very important to me). She engaged me during the project and always presented me with suggestions along with options (i.e., color, style and fabric) before moving forward. She wanted me to feel comfortable. I learned a great deal along the way too! The room is beautiful and it is a perfect match to what I wanted the room to become. It's warm, inviting and very comfortable. Given my first experience with Jacqui, I've hired her for a second project noted (#2). She is amazing and I can't wait to see the finish product. So far everything looks great and we've gotten so many compliments. I am sticking with J West Design Serv from now on! I highly recommend them. Jacqui is #1!

Jacqui is so easy to work with. She has great ideas, has great style, great personality and she chose colors and artwork I would of never thought of. She followed up promptly with prices and and was not pushy at all. I am having her come back to my house for more advice and ideas for rugs, lamps for console, and artwork for my dining room. We had narrowed our search to three interior designing firms including J. West. From the moment Jacqui, owner and head designer, walked through my front door I knew I wanted to work with her. One she was going to be in my house for quite a while and I just loved how on her first day she had all these ideas based on what I was looking for. I loved her process, her flexibility in working with her clients and the beautiful work that she does. All seamless. Truly amazing work and service. I would recommend her, always. So much that I'm waiting for a next project so we can arrange for her services she does it all!
