Architectural Service
To put it simply, Jim is an amazing architect. He was hands down the best architect we interviewed. He comes up with fresh ideas and keeps your interests in mind with his creation. Jim is great at limiting construction costs by making tight spaces work with improved function. For example, by just adding an additional doorway to a bathroom, he made the bathroom Jack and Jill with negligible additional costs. Also, this simple change makes it much more inviting to have guest over. All of the other architects did not come up with this simple concept. Jim will always get back to you quickly with answers. We highly recommend you keep Jim involved throughout the entire project. His knowledge and skills during the construction process are immeasurable. His memory is absolutely amazing. He can reference the smallest details of his drawings form over a year ago. He assisted us on numerous occasions for project completion. Jim was our greatest return on investment for our project.
