I spent much time and effort interviewing a dozen HVAC professionals for this job. Much to my dismay most were either marginal at best, way over priced or not interested in doing a job that wasn't a simple change out of an existing system sitting in a nice open mechanicals room with all the fittings already in place.
CET was the one professional outfit I was able to find, who genuinly wanted to do a good job at a fair price.
The principle, Chris Tragno, performed a detailed walk through of my job discussing the solutions available, answered all my many questions and responded with a rapid quote. He continued to answer numerous follow up questions via e-mail until I felt comfortable with how the work was going to proceed.
I scheduled the job three weeks in advance and it went off without a hitch. The master installer, a genial felllow named Vern with 25 years experience did a very professional job with great attention to quality and detail. He was the kind of man that did the job as if the work was being done for himself in his own home.
Three and a half days later the job was complete and everyting was as I had expected it. Chris came by during the job and at the end to inspect the progress and final result. He then came back after the gas was turned on to run and inspect the system to make sure it performed to spec. I am completely satisfied with the performance of the equipment and the quality of the install.
I cannot reccommend CET high enough. Use Them.
